Hiap Hoe Limited, an investment holding company listed on the Singapore Exchange Mainboard, develops luxury and mid-tier residential properties as well as hotel-cum-commercial developments with a diversified portfolio encompassing hospitality, retail, commercial and residential assets in Singapore, Australia and the United Kingdom; core operations span development properties including projects such as Zhongshan Park featuring Aloft Singapore Novena hotel, Zhongshan Mall and an office tower, Skyline@360° at St Thomas Walk, Waterscape@Cavenagh, The Beverly, Signature@Lewis, HH@Kallang, Cuscaden Royale and Oxford Suites; rental of investment properties, plant and equipment; leisure facilities under the SuperBowl brand offering bowling, billiards and amusement centers; hotel operations including Holiday Inn Express Trafford City in Manchester, Aloft Perth, Great Eastern Motor Lodge in Perth and 25 Rowe Avenue commercial office; and other investments in quoted and unquoted securities.
