MKH Berhad (KLSE:6114), an investment holding company founded in 1979 and headquartered in Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia, engages primarily in property development and construction; oil palm plantation; hotel and property investment; building materials trading; and furniture manufacturing, with operations spanning the Klang Valley in Malaysia, East Kalimantan in Indonesia, and China. The property development and construction segment develops transit-oriented developments including residential townships, service apartments, and integrated high-rises such as Nexus @ Taman Pertama, Residensi Naluri, MKH Boulevard II, MIRAI Residences, Gaya Residency, and TR2 Residence, alongside building and civil works contracting; the plantation segment cultivates oil palm across 18,205 hectares under subsidiaries PT Maju Kalimantan Hadapan and PT Sawit Prima Sakti, producing crude palm oil, palm kernel, and crude palm kernel oil at a 90 MT per day mill with fresh fruit bunch yields of 24-30 MT per hectare; the hotel and property investment segment owns and manages commercial malls like Plaza Metro Kajang and Metro Point Complex, retail outlets, shop-offices, parking spaces, a six-storey hotel, and factory buildings in China; the trading segment supplies building materials, household products, sanitary fittings, and tiles to developers and contractors; and the manufacturing segment produces furniture through Vast Furniture Manufacturing (Kunshan) Co. Ltd. In recent developments, MKH listed its subsidiary MKH Oil Palm (East Kalimantan) Berhad on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on April 30, 2024, raising RM136.4 million via public issue and RM19.04 million via private placement to fund plantation expansion near Indonesia's new capital Nusantara; sold a China unit for RM59.53 million in September 2025 as part of operational streamlining; launched marketing campaigns like “MKH Great Home Great Deal” in 2024; secured unbilled sales of RM547.3 million; and enhanced plantation efficiency with mechanization, drones, and PMMS Apps while achieving ISPO certification, zero-accident awards, and a 'Green' environmental rating.
