Founded on September 28, 1972, and headquartered at 2-292-1 Azuma-cho, Omiya-ku, Saitama City, Saitama 330-0841, Japan, Nittoku maintains a global footprint with subsidiaries and technical centers in the United States, China (Shanghai, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Changzhou JV), Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Philippines, and Austria; key consolidated subsidiaries include Nittoku Kosei Co., Ltd., Nittoku Koide Co., Ltd., and Astecnos Co., Ltd.
