In August 2024, Yamabiko merged its subsidiary Echo Incorporated with Golden Eagle Distributing Corporation to streamline North American sales operations, integrate distributor functions, and enhance user responsiveness through digital transformation. In February 2025, Yamabiko Europe formed a strategic partnership with The Toro Company to develop and expand robotic solutions for golf and sports field markets worldwide.
