Business
Ventec International Group Co., Ltd. (TWSE:6672) designs, develops, manufactures and sells copper clad laminates and prepreg bonding materials for printed circuit board (PCB) applications worldwide. The company's core products include standard FR4; lead-free assembly and halogen-free materials; tec-thermal/thermal management and insulated metal substrate (IMS); polyimide; tec-speed/signal integrity, high-frequency and high-speed digital products; flex/flex-rigid laminates; plastic interleaver and release film consumables; drill entry and exit materials; copper foils and ACF; masslam and drill products; as well as specialized solutions for automotive, aerospace, defense, communications, LED, medical and consumer electronics sectors. It also provides value-added services supporting PCB manufacturing, including flexible supply chain management, technical support and distribution of third-party materials and equipment. Established in 2000 with roots as a PCB materials manufacturer and restructured as a holding company in the Cayman Islands in October 2012, Ventec International Group listed its shares on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in April 2019. The company maintains manufacturing facilities in Taiwan and China, alongside sales, distribution and technical service centers in the United States (Illinois and California), United Kingdom, Germany and across Asia. Its global headquarters is located at No. 10, Gongye 5th Road, Pingzhen City, Taoyuan County, Taiwan. In June 2025, Ventec entered a fulfillment and supply agreement with Matrix to enhance value-added conversion, distribution and just-in-time delivery of PCB base materials in North America, coinciding with the launch of its new Ventec Americas business unit supported by five rapid-response warehouses. The partnership expands expedited access to materials such as polyimide, FR4, FR4.1 and FR15.1, targeting improved supply chain efficiency for regional customers. Earlier, in 2021, the company acquired select PCB assets from Holders Technology, integrating complementary products like drilling materials, release films and copper foils to bolster its one-stop-shop offerings.
