Business
Kyosha Co., Ltd. is a global leader in the electronics manufacturing sector, specializing in advanced printed wiring boards and precision components for assembly. The company provides a comprehensive suite of products, including various types of printed wiring boards such as single-sided, double-sided, multi-layer, and specialized aluminum-based options, along with its proprietary dust-free Kyosha-Max boards. Beyond board fabrication, Kyosha offers extensive design services for printed wiring boards, ensuring optimized solutions for diverse applications. The firm's expertise extends to a range of sophisticated mounting and transport jigs, notably the MagiCarrier series for micro-components and substrates, including high heat-resistant adhesive sheets and specialized carriers for flow soldering. Additionally, Kyosha manufactures high-precision metal masks, such as laser metal masks, and specialized masks for uneven surfaces like COB, FPC, and ceramic boards. Complementary offerings include various jigs for hand soldering, lead forming, coating, and dip testing, alongside essential cleaning solutions for boards and soldering carriers. Operating across Japan, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, and other international markets including North America, Kyosha delivers integrated services from initial design to final mounting and assembly. The company has recently expanded its manufacturing footprint with a new base in Vietnam in early 2021 and formed a strategic capital and business alliance with Meiko Electronics Co., Ltd. in May 2021 to enhance collaboration in PCB and EMS operations. Kyosha was established in 1951 and maintains its headquarters in Kyoto, Japan.
