Polyrocks Chemical Co., Ltd. researches, develops, produces, and distributes environmental halogen-free flame retardant plastics and related materials. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of core products including environmental halogen-free flame retardants; halogen-free flame retardant thermoplastic plastics; halogen-free flame retardant wire and cable materials such as TPE, MPPE, TPU, XLPE, and FRPE compounds; compound plastics; environmental flame-retarded resins; functional masterbatches; modified polyolefin materials; modified engineering plastics like PA6/66 and PBT connector materials; modified elastomer materials; glass-filled and mineral-filled polypropylene products; and degradable plastics for blown film, extrusion, injection molding, and 3D printing applications. These products serve industries such as automobiles, smart home appliances, lighting, environmental protection wires and cables, OA equipment, communication electronics, sanitary materials, televisions, coatings, new energy batteries, and plastics. Founded in June 2007 and headquartered in Xiongxing Industrial Park, High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, China, Polyrocks Chemical operates primarily throughout China with an annual production capacity exceeding 100,000 tons of modified plastics and employs over 1,000 personnel including more than 155 R&D specialists across 10 subsidiaries. Recent developments include the announcement on December 4, 2025, of expected funding receipt of CNY 399.999994 million; shareholder proposals received from Gang Chen on November 3, 2025, leading to an extraordinary general meeting on November 13, 2025; the successful development of a new generation high-performance PLA-based biodegradable film blowing material announced in November 2023; a Russian economic and trade delegation visit in October 2025 to deepen international cooperation; and third-quarter 2025 earnings showing improved EPS of CNY 0.028 versus a prior-year loss.
