Baker Hughes Company (BKR) is a leading energy technology company that provides a broad portfolio of products and services to the worldwide oil and gas industry; these include oilfield equipment and services such as drilling, evaluation, completion, intervention, production, subsea, and pipeline services; turbomachinery and process solutions like gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors, pumps, and valves; industrial solutions encompassing measurement, flow, and process control instrumentation; and digital solutions featuring software, data analytics, and artificial intelligence for asset performance optimization. The company operates in more than 120 countries, serving upstream, midstream, and downstream segments with a focus on oilfield services, industrial and energy technology products, and gas technology equipment for customers including national oil companies, integrated oil companies, independent producers, and industrial enterprises. Founded in 2017 through the merger of Baker Hughes Incorporated and GE Oil & Gas, Baker Hughes is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
