Founded in 1979 and headquartered in Fremont, California, with key facilities in Taipei, Taiwan, Shannon, Ireland, and Suzhou, China, Amax Holding operates as an affiliate of Hon Hai Technology Group (Foxconn) and listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in November 2023 following a 2022 reorganization that acquired 100% of AMAX Engineering Corporation.
