Wellysun Inc. (6988.TW) researches, develops, manufactures, and sells automotive electronics, including electronic control modules (ECUs), lighting fixtures, and customized electronic materials; offers printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) solutions with integrated hardware and software development; provides software development, information system integration, and consulting services; and extends expertise to industrial equipment, consumer electronics, medical devices, and agricultural equipment. The company produces modular-design products such as motor cooling modules, automotive electronic shifters, electronic control modules for multifunctional steering wheels, headlight drive modules, and keyless systems; develops customized ECU solutions, thermal management systems for electric bus batteries, marine power system control units, and human-machine interface (HMI) products; and maintains production facilities equipped with automated surface-mount technology (SMT), DIP lines, assembly, and testing capabilities compliant with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 26262, and Automotive SPICE standards. Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Zhubei, Taiwan, with a production base in Anhui, China, Wellysun serves customers in Taiwan, mainland China, Japan, Europe, and other international markets, targeting global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), Tier 1 suppliers, and partners like Denso, Yamaha, and Toyota supply chain entities. In October 2024, Wellysun listed on the Taiwan Innovation Board; in December 2024, the company announced a strategic partnership with Germany's IDEENION Automobil AG to co-develop next-generation hardware- and software-integrated ECUs for global automotive OEMs, enhancing expansion into European and Middle Eastern markets; it also achieved Automotive SPICE Level 2 certification and underwent supply chain audits by additional international automakers.
