Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) is a Sweden-based real estate investment company that acquires, develops and manages high-quality grocery-anchored properties across Europe with leading retail chains as anchor tenants; its core portfolio comprises supermarkets, discount stores, hypermarkets and daily-goods outlets leased primarily to tenants including Kesko, Tokmanni, Coop Sweden, S Group, Rema 1000, Dagrofa, Salling Group, Lidl and Carrefour, generating over 80% of rental income from grocery and daily-goods operations with long-term lease agreements. The company owns approximately 650 properties with a total lettable area exceeding 866,000 square meters, diversified across seven countries including Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Belgium and others in the Nordics and Mainland Europe, with no single property exceeding 1.3% of net operating income; founded in 2017 and headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, Cibus Nordic Real Estate focuses on resilient, non-cyclical grocery sector assets situated in growth areas, larger cities or optimal micro-locations to deliver stable, inflation-linked yields to shareholders through monthly dividends. In recent developments, the company has aggressively expanded through 18 acquisitions in eight transactions across five countries since early 2025 for a total value of €107 million, including ten properties in Sweden, Denmark and Belgium in July 2025 for €36.5 million anchored by Axfood's Willys stores and others; in October 2025, Cibus completed the full acquisition of Belgian property company One+ NV for five retail assets valued at €38.6 million, launched a new 50/50 joint venture Two+ NV with TS33 BV for forward-funded grocery developments in Belgium with right of first refusal on future projects, and divested three non-core non-daily-goods assets in Belgium for €5.9 million above book value to streamline its portfolio.
