(TSE:7183) provides rent obligation guarantee services in Japan, replacing traditional joint guarantors with institutional guarantees for tenants, property owners, and management companies; its core products include Anshin Plus, an original customizable guarantee plan; Life Anshin Plus, offering points on rent and utility payments redeemable for gifts with no first-year fee; Anshin Plus AC, earning WAON points through AEON Card integration; and APLUS Anshin Rent Guarantee, providing points and discounts via APLUS card usage; the company also offers online application and remittance services.
