Omni-Plus System Limited engages in the distribution and manufacturing of commodity and engineering plastics, providing supply chain solutions through its distribution business offering generic and specialty engineering plastic materials as well as catalog and general-purpose products, and its development and manufacturing business focused on resin compounds, mixing, coloring, and high-durability, heat-resistant materials for applications in electronic equipment, office automation devices, automobiles, communications equipment, medical devices, and housings or internal components. The company, founded in 2002 and headquartered at 994 Bendemeer Road B-Central #01-03, Singapore 339943, operates across Southeast Asia, the rest of Asia including China, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Japan, Taiwan, and India, the Americas, and other regions, serving major industries through subsidiaries and affiliates such as Omni-Plus System Japan, PT Omni Plus System, Omni Plus System Philippines Inc., and Kyoei DS India Private Limited. Recent developments include the acquisition of International Material Supplier Co., Ltd. (Taiwan) in April 2024, the establishment of Kyoei DS India Private Limited in July 2024, the acquisition of EcoPoly Global (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in February 2025, a joint investment with Development Bank of Japan Inc. and Tokyo Century Leasing (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. to support the IMS acquisition in June 2024, a toll compounding agreement with BASF in February 2024, a joint research and development agreement with HinodeResin in January 2024, and a May 2025 memorandum of understanding with JC Vine Holding Pte. Ltd. and Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. to form a joint venture for bamboo-based biodegradable products.
