Business
China Hongbao Holdings Limited, an investment holding company incorporated in the Cayman Islands in 2014 and headquartered at Unit Nos. 1–3 on Level 9 of Tower A of Kowloon Commerce Centre, No. 51 Kwai Cheong Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong, operates as a foundation subcontractor for private and public sector construction projects in Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China; the company provides foundation works including lateral support, mini piling, pipe piling, soldier piling, grouting and grout curtain construction, and H-piling; it also engages in internet services encompassing O2O commerce via a one-stop e-commerce platform with merchant-end on-demand delivery features and supply chain management; additionally, it offers machinery rental, repair and maintenance services, though the supply and installation of new energy charging piles segment remains inactive with related assets classified as held for sale. Customers primarily comprise main contractors and subcontractors in construction, alongside diverse end-users in PRC e-commerce for food, daily necessities and commodities. In recent developments, the company, formerly known as Quantong Holdings Limited, changed its name to China Hongbao Holdings Limited in August 2022; it completed subscription agreements for new shares in July 2024 (41,666,000 shares at HK$0.12 each via debt capitalization) and March 2025 (45,310,000 shares at HK$0.203 each via debt capitalization), increasing issued share capital to 953,376,000 shares; it disposed of subsidiaries Fortune Elite Investments Limited and Quantong Globe Limited in September 2024 for US$10,000; authorized an increase in share capital to HK$30 million (3 billion shares) in July 2025; shifted strategic focus toward O2O commerce expansion for higher margins amid construction challenges; and suspended construction operations in the six months ended September 2025 due to loss of contact with key personnel, missing records and computers at subsidiary Ambitious Achievement New Materials Holding Limited.
