Its property development segment focuses on mid-range residential projects and integrated commercial developments in Hong Kong's New Territories and Mainland China, while the property investment portfolio generates stable rental income from prime locations. Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong, the group targets middle-income homebuyers, corporate tenants, and individual borrowers in the real estate and financial sectors. In 2024, Chi Ho Development announced a strategic joint venture with a leading Mainland China developer for a new residential project in the Greater Bay Area, marking its expansion into larger-scale developments; additionally, the company completed a HK$150 million funding round to support ongoing property acquisitions and secured a major lease renewal for its flagship commercial property in late 2025.
