- EA Series Trust – Alpha Architect U.S. Equity ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation by providing broadly diversified exposure to the U.S. equity market. Trading under the ticker AAUS, the fund invests principally in equity securities of U.S. companies across large-, mid- and small-capitalization segments and industry sectors; employs quantitative security-selection processes and market-capitalization-based portfolio construction; may use options and other investment techniques in connection with its strategy; and is designed for individual investors, financial advisers, institutions and investors seeking core U.S. equity exposure, including tax-aware portfolio-transition and Section 351 exchange applications. Its portfolio includes securities of technology, communication services, consumer, financial, health care, industrial, energy, utilities, real estate and other U.S. market sectors. EA Series Trust is a U.S. registered investment company, and AAUS is advised by Empowered Funds LLC and sub-advised by Alpha Architect LLC, which operates from Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. The fund commenced operations in July 2025 and charges a 0.09% total expense ratio.
