Business
Asian Citrus Holdings Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in agricultural businesses, including the production, planting, cultivation and sale of agricultural produce, primarily citrus fruits, as well as fruit and air-conditioner distribution in the People's Republic of China. The company operates through segments encompassing its Plantation Business, which cultivates and sells winter oranges such as hamlin, pineapple and hong jiang varieties, and summer oranges including Valencia oranges; its Fruit Distribution Business; and its Air-Conditioners Distribution Business, which offers air conditioners and electrical appliances like refrigerators and rice cookers. Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, Asian Citrus Holdings focuses on orange plantations primarily in China, with distribution activities targeting domestic markets through subsidiaries including Jinlong Construction. In recent developments, the company announced a connected transaction in October 2025 involving a RMB1 million purchase order from JAC by subsidiary Jinlong Construction for its air-conditioners distribution business, alongside revisions to annual caps under a New Framework Agreement extending to June 2028, which require independent shareholder approval as a non-exempt transaction under Hong Kong Listing Rules; it also reported full-year 2025 earnings with a CNY1.61 loss per share and revenue growth to approximately HK$84.79 million on a trailing twelve-month basis.
