- Corgi ACLS 2x Daily ETF is a non-diversified, exchange-traded single-stock leveraged fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to two times the daily performance of Axcelis Technologies, Inc. common stock (NASDAQ: ACLS). The fund obtains its leveraged exposure primarily through total return swap agreements and other financial instruments rather than direct holdings of Axcelis shares, and may maintain cash, cash equivalents and U.S. Treasury money-market investments for collateral, liquidity and operational purposes. ACLZ resets its leverage exposure each trading day and is designed for short-term, actively monitored trading rather than for buy-and-hold investment; performance over periods longer than one trading day can differ significantly from two times Axcelis Technologies’ cumulative performance because of daily compounding and volatility. The fund is denominated in U.S. dollars, trades on Cboe BZX Exchange, and is available through U.S. brokerage and financial-intermediary platforms. Corgi Strategies, LLC serves as investment adviser; Paralel Distributors LLC serves as distributor; U.S. Bank N.A. serves as custodian; and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services serves as administrator and transfer agent. The fund charges a 0.45% expense ratio. Corgi ACLS 2x Daily ETF was launched on June 24, 2026, as part of Corgi’s June 2026 rollout of 31 single-stock 2x daily ETFs listed on Cboe BZX Exchange, which expanded the issuer’s leveraged ETF product range across semiconductor equipment, technology, consumer and specialty-company exposures. The fund is sponsored within Corgi’s U.S. ETF platform, operated by Corgi, an AI-focused financial-infrastructure company founded in 2025 that develops low-fee thematic, buffered and leveraged exchange-traded investment products.
