American Century Small Cap Value Insights ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund sponsored by American Century Investment Services, Inc. that seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing principally in equity securities of U.S. small-capitalization companies assessed as undervalued relative to their estimated fair value and possessing favorable fundamental characteristics. The fund employs American Century Investments’ fundamental, research-driven value-investing process to construct a diversified, benchmark-aware portfolio of approximately 200 holdings, with the Russell 2000 Value Index serving as its benchmark. Its investments span financial services, industrials, information technology, energy, consumer discretionary, real estate, health care, consumer staples, materials and communication services companies; principal holdings have included Old National Bancorp, Provident Financial Services Inc., Chord Energy Corp., Enovis Corp., Euronet Worldwide Inc., Columbia Banking System Inc., Meritage Homes Corp., Atlantic Union Bankshares Corp., Northern Oil and Gas Inc. and Terreno Realty Corp. The fund distributes income quarterly and trades under the ticker ACSV on Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. ACSV represents a strategic expansion of American Century Investments’ actively managed ETF platform. The fund was launched on October 14, 2025, alongside the American Century Small Cap Growth Insights ETF, providing investors with transparent, fundamental active strategies designed for strategic small-cap allocations.
