Andrew Peller Limited Andrew Peller Limited is Canada's leading producer and marketer of premium and ultra-premium wines, craft ciders, spirits, seltzers, cream whisky products and home winemaking kits. The company produces award-winning Vintners' Quality Alliance (VQA) brands including Peller Estates, Trius, Thirty Bench, Wayne Gretzky, Sandhill, Red Rooster, Black Hills Estate Winery, Tinhorn Creek Vineyards, Gray Monk Estate Winery, Raven Conspiracy and Conviction; popular varietal offerings such as Peller Family Vineyards, Copper Moon, Black Cellar and XOXO; value-priced blends like Hochtaler, Domaine D'Or, Schloss Laderheim, Royal and Sommet; and craft beverages including No Boats on Sunday ciders alongside wine-based liqueurs and spirits. It operates nine wineries across British Columbia's Okanagan and Similkameen Valleys and Ontario's Niagara Peninsula, sources grapes and wines globally through production partnerships, owns 101 independent Ontario retail stores under The Wine Shop, Wine Country Vintners and Wine Country Merchants banners, and manages import and marketing agencies including Andrew Peller Import Agency and The Small Winemaker's Collection Inc. for premium international wines as well as Global Vintners Inc. for at-home winemaking products distributed in Canada, the US, UK, New Zealand, Australia and China; its estate properties also deliver tourism, hospitality and dining experiences. Founded in 1961 and headquartered in Grimsby, Ontario, the company recently completed a restructuring initiative to align its structure with Ontario's evolving retail landscape, expanded distribution to over 4,000 new Ontario locations, advanced a $20 million cost-savings program, acquired The Riverbend Inn and Vineyard for $10 million in 2023 to bolster wine tourism, formed a partnership with Advantage for convenience and gas retail sales channels, replanted vineyards in the Okanagan Valley with government support amid shortages, and reported fiscal 2025 revenue of $389.6 million, gross margins of 42.8%, EBITA growth to $62.9 million and net earnings of $11.1 million.
