Through its Real Estate Development and Project Management division, operating via Royal Development Holding, Royal Development Company, and Royal Architect Project Management, the company provides end-to-end real estate solutions, including master planning and architectural engineering; feasibility studies and development advisory; comprehensive project and construction management; cost consultancy and contract administration; and turnkey property development for luxury residential communities, mixed-use complexes, and public infrastructure projects. Under its Interior Design, Fit-Out, and Manufacturing segment, represented by Decovision and Vision Furniture & Decoration Factory, the company provides full-scope interior contracting and manufacturing services, comprising commercial, hospitality, and residential turnkey interior fit-outs; spatial planning and interior engineering; bespoke joinery and architectural woodwork; manufacturing of custom loose and fixed furniture, wooden doors, kitchen cabinets, and luxury wardrobes; and decorative metal, glass, and upholstery fabrication. In the Landscaping and Agriculture segment, operating through subsidiaries including Gulf Dunes Landscaping and Century Overseas Products, the company offers integrated environmental services, including urban landscaping design and public park construction; softscape planting and hardscape installation; automated irrigation engineering and drainage infrastructure; commercial plant nursery operations; and long-term landscaping maintenance and agricultural asset management. Through its Manpower and Staff Accommodation segment, operating through entities including Century Village Real Estate Investment, the company delivers workforce infrastructure services, comprising the development, ownership, leasing, and facility management of dedicated staff residential cities and worker accommodation complexes; catering and hospitality support; community amenity management; and industrial workforce logistics. Through its ESG Hospitality division, the company manages investments in premium hospitality assets, luxury resort properties, and high-end branded residences. In recent corporate developments, Emirates Stallions Group has executed strategic reorganizations, acquisitions, and regional expansions. The group consolidated its real estate operations under Royal Development Holding to centralize its boutique development and project management portfolio. Royal Development Holding entered into a strategic partnership with SAAS Properties to develop a luxury branded residential community on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi under the Autograph Collection by Marriott. To expand its interior fit-out and manufacturing capabilities, Emirates Stallions Group increased its equity ownership in Decovision to 85 percent and acquired the remaining equity in Vision Furniture & Decoration Factory to attain 100 percent ownership. The group also expanded its operations into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, establishing regional operations for Decovision and securing a 16-year usufruct agreement for a 13,000-square-meter manufacturing and logistics warehouse facility in Saudi Arabia for Vision Furniture & Decoration Factory. Furthermore, the group formed a joint venture with Q Holding to develop a multi-million-dirham staff accommodation project in Abu Dhabi.
