- Harbor AlphaEdge Large Cap Value ETF is an exchange-traded fund, a series of Harbor ETF Trust, that seeks to provide investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to the Harbor AlphaEdge Large Cap Value Index. The Fund provides U.S. large-cap value equity exposure through a passive, self-indexing strategy; invests principally in U.S.-listed equity securities selected from among larger U.S. companies by market capitalization; normally invests at least 80% of total assets in Index constituents; and generally employs full replication, while retaining the ability to use representative sampling and invest in cash, cash equivalents and money market funds. Its underlying Index identifies companies exhibiting attractive valuations, positive fundamentals and price characteristics through a proprietary rules-based model that evaluates Capital Deployment, Momentum, Quality, Risk and Valuation factors; excludes companies with the weakest valuation scores; and uses portfolio optimization and risk-management parameters to select and weight typically 50 to 150 securities. The Index is created by Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc., calculated, published and distributed by Solactive AG, and normally reconstituted and rebalanced monthly. The Fund is advised by Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc., headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, and is listed on NYSE Arca. It was launched on September 4, 2024, carries a 0.25% net expense ratio and distributes dividends annually. The portfolio serves investors seeking cost-effective, factor-based exposure to the U.S. large-cap value segment and may hold material sector concentrations in line with its Index, including financials exposure. As of June 2026, the portfolio comprised approximately 75 holdings, with positions across information technology, financials, health care, industrials, energy, consumer sectors, communications services, materials and utilities. Effective August 31, 2026, Harbor ETF Trust changes the Fund’s ticker symbol from VLLU to AELV; the Fund continues to operate under the Harbor AlphaEdge Large Cap Value ETF name and track the Harbor AlphaEdge Large Cap Value Index.
