Business
Affiliated Resources Corp. (AFFL) operates as a shell company seeking acquisition opportunities in technically innovative, market-proven businesses requiring enhanced marketing or capitalization; it previously produced aftermarket automotive fluids through its subsidiary ChemWay Systems, Inc., including automotive care and performance products, refrigerants, lubricants and solvents. Incorporated in 1986 and headquartered in San Clemente, California, the company conducts no current operations or principal products and maintains no facilities or subsidiaries. In August 2024, it executed a change in control transaction in which National Bureau of Mines, Inc., controlled by Steven L. Cyros, acquired 50,000,000 common shares and 250,000 Special 2023 Series A Preferred shares from JUDD Holding Corp. for $95,000, concurrent with increasing authorized common shares to 500,000,000, David Duarte's resignation as sole officer and director, and Cyros's appointment as CEO, President, Secretary, Treasurer and Director.
