- Astoria Dynamic Core US Fixed Income ETF (AGGA) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks current income by investing primarily in other U.S. fixed income exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The fund, issued through EA Series Trust and advised by Empowered Funds LLC dba EA Advisers, operates as a fund of funds providing diversified exposure to key fixed income sectors, including U.S. Treasuries and other debt securities issued by the U.S. government and its agencies and instrumentalities; corporate bonds; mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities; municipal bonds; and high-yield bonds. It may also allocate to ETFs offering exposure to non-U.S. fixed income securities, including emerging market debt; employs active management to adjust allocations based on macroeconomic indicators via the proprietary Astor Economic Index, credit analysis, rate expectations, and sector valuations; and targets risk-adjusted outperformance relative to broad-based fixed income benchmarks over a full market cycle, with a net expense ratio of 0.56% including acquired fund fees and expenses. Sub-advisers Astoria Portfolio Advisors LLC and Beacon Capital Management Inc. guide portfolio construction, typically holding 5 to 15 underlying ETFs such as SPDR Portfolio Intermediate Term Corporate Bond ETF, iShares 5-10 Year Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF, and Schwab High Yield Bond ETF, with an effective duration of approximately 3.30 years and 30-day SEC yield around 4.78% as of mid-2025.
