Anant Raj Limited engages primarily in real estate development and construction across residential, commercial, hospitality, IT parks, data centers, and retail segments; offers township projects such as Anant Raj Estate including Estate Floors, Estate Villas, Ashok Estate, The Estate Residences, and Estate Apartments in Gurugram; develops commercial properties like Karol Bagh Mall, Anant Raj Tech Park in Panchkula and Manesar, Anant Raj Building in Sector 44 Gurugram, and Joy Square in joint venture with AIPL; provides hospitality through Misaki Service Apartments in Manesar and Stellar Resort in New Delhi; and manufactures ceramic wall and floor tiles under the Romano brand at its Rewari facility in Haryana. The company operates in key regions including Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, and other North Indian states, targeting premium residential buyers, corporate tenants, retail consumers, and technology firms with over 21 million square feet of projects delivered and 300+ acres of land bank. Founded in 1969 and headquartered in New Delhi with registered office in Gurgaon, Haryana, Anant Raj Limited maintains wholly owned subsidiaries such as Vrittanta Real Estate Private Limited and Romano Builders Private Limited.
