(TSX: AND) provides customized third-party logistics and specialized transportation solutions exclusively to the healthcare sector, including pharmaceuticals, biologics, vaccines, narcotics, medical devices, and consumer health products; its core offerings encompass logistics and distribution through Accuristix and LSU brands, packaging solutions via Nova Pack/NowPac joint venture, temperature-controlled air freight forwarding and ground transportation under ATS Healthcare, ATS Dedicated, and Skelton brands, dedicated truckload services through Boyle Transportation in the United States, and last-mile prescription delivery via Medds, supported by a nationwide network of 32 secure, temperature-controlled facilities in Canada and four in the US across Massachusetts, Ohio, Indiana, and Oklahoma. In November 2025, UPS completes its acquisition of Andlauer Healthcare Group Inc. for approximately C$2.2 billion (US$1.6 billion) in an all-cash transaction at C$55.00 per share, integrating its specialized capabilities into UPS Healthcare to enhance global cold chain logistics, reduce transit times, and expand end-to-end solutions while Michael Andlauer leads UPS Canada Healthcare from Vaughan.
