Ansal Buildwell Limited promotes, constructs, and develops integrated townships, residential complexes, commercial properties, and infrastructure projects across India; its core offerings encompass high-rise multi-storied buildings, group housing, shopping malls, farm-based retreats featuring green meadows and manmade lakes, turnkey hi-tech civil engineering projects including dams, canals, viaducts, power houses, tunnels, expressways, and harbors, as well as design, engineering, and consultancy services for institutional and overseas developments such as the VVIP Block at IIT, AIIMS administrative expansion, and Assam Government Secretariat. The company operates primarily in key Indian cities including Gurugram, Bangalore, Kochi, Amritsar, Dehradun, Moradabad, Jaipur, Faridabad, Gwalior, Pathankot, and Jhansi, with past international presence in Kathmandu via joint ventures, Moscow, Dubai, Bangkok, and Dhaka; it also provides facilities management through group entity Rigoss Estate Networks Pvt. Ltd for townships and commercial towers. Founded in 1983 and headquartered at 118, Upper First Floor, Prakashdeep Building, 7 Tolstoy Marg, New Delhi, India, Ansal Buildwell recently completed the acquisition of an additional 172,500 shares in subsidiary Ansal Crown Infrabuild Pvt.
