Ansal Housing Limited, an ISO 9001:2015 certified real estate developer incorporated in 1983 and headquartered in Ghaziabad, India, engages in the promotion, construction, development, and sale of integrated townships, residential complexes including multi-storied apartments, houses, villas, plotted developments, and high-end luxury projects, as well as commercial properties such as shopping malls, multistoried buildings, hotels, and movie halls; its offerings target mid-segment housing units priced between Rs 25 lakhs and Rs 1.5 crores. The company operates primarily in India's National Capital Region (NCR) of Delhi, Mumbai, and various Tier-I and Tier-II cities including Meerut, Lucknow, Ghaziabad, Bhopal, and Zirakpur, with ongoing projects valued at over Rs 6,400 crores encompassing 27 million sq.ft. of development area, of which 12 million sq.ft. is built-up; it maintains 17 subsidiaries and one associate, including unlisted material subsidiary Geo Connect Limited.
