Business
Apollo Power Ltd (APLP.TA) develops and manufactures innovative flexible solar energy solutions, specializing in lightweight, durable photovoltaic technologies for diverse applications including commercial and industrial roofing, automotive, defense, heavy-duty vehicles, and infrastructure. The Israel-based company, founded in 1993 and headquartered in Yokneam Illit, offers core products such as Apollo Solar Roll, a flexible solar film that converts surfaces into energy-generating assets; Apollo Panda, ultra-lightweight solar panels suited for load-limited and curved structures; floating solar PV systems that transform water reservoirs into power sources; Solar Pavement for sidewalks, bike paths, and roads; Apollo cells embeddable in vehicle surfaces like roofs, hoods, and trunks; and solar energy kits tailored for truck and bus fleets. These patented solutions leverage fully flexible cell technology, targeting markets in Europe, North America, and beyond with global distributors and partners. In November 2025, Apollo Power signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with ARKO Corp's GPM Investments for a strategic U.S. partnership to deploy flexible solar systems across at least 300 gas station sites, encompassing engineering, procurement, construction, and grid connection services with an estimated $53 million value over several years, marking a major expansion into the American market.
