Business
Arrow Reserve Capital Management ETF (ARCM) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to preserve capital while maximizing current income through investments in investment-grade, ultra-short-term fixed income securities with maturities generally ranging from 0 to 2 years. The fund provides exposure to a diversified portfolio of domestic fixed income holdings, including corporate bonds, agency securities, and government securities; it may also employ derivatives such as futures and forward contracts for hedging interest rate risk or gaining targeted asset class exposure. ARCM operates in the broad debt market segment with an investment-grade focus, targeting investors seeking alternatives to low-yielding money market funds or cash equivalents, and trades on the Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker ARCM. Launched on March 31, 2017, the ETF is issued by Arrow Investment Advisors LLC, headquartered in Laurel, Maryland, with sub-advisory services provided by Halyard Asset Management LLC. The fund maintains assets under management of approximately $46 million, a net expense ratio of 0.50% (with a contractual waiver through May 31, 2026), and a portfolio comprising around 93 holdings as of late 2025. Recent developments include an extension of the expense ratio waiver through May 31, 2026, and ongoing portfolio adjustments reflected in updated holdings data as of October 2025, underscoring Arrow Investment Advisors' commitment to cost efficiency and conservative fixed income strategies amid fluctuating interest rate environments.
