As per a transaction announced on October 17, 2023, Aris International Limited operates as a subsidiary of BRCCA Services Private Limited. Recent developments include the approval of unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025, on August 14, 2025, alongside the appointment of HRU & Associates as secretarial auditors for the financial year 2024-25. The company adjourned a board meeting initially scheduled for fund raising in early August 2025, with a new date pending announcement. It has also reduced debt levels and maintains operations across its core segments without reported major acquisitions, partnerships, or new product launches in the last 1-2 years.
