AllianzIM U.S. Equity Buffer15 Uncapped Apr ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide investors with exposure to the price return performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, subject to a defined downside buffer and an uncapped upside structure after a specified spread, over an annual outcome period that begins in April. The fund invests primarily in customized exchange-traded FLEX Options linked to SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust shares, together with cash and cash-equivalent collateral, rather than investing directly in the reference ETF. It is designed to buffer the first 15% of reference-asset losses at the end of each annual outcome period, before fees and expenses, while allowing participation in gains that exceed the applicable spread without an upside cap. The fund does not seek to replicate the total return of the S&P 500 or SPY, and its intended outcomes apply only to shareholders that hold shares from the beginning through the end of the relevant outcome period; investors purchasing or selling during an outcome period can experience materially different returns. The fund may lose value beyond the buffer, including potentially all invested principal, and its returns are reduced by its management fee, other expenses and the forgone upside represented by the spread. The ETF is non-diversified, is listed and traded in the United States, and was launched in March 2024. Allianz Investment Management LLC, a Minneapolis, Minnesota-based registered investment adviser and wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America, serves as investment adviser; Foreside Fund Services, LLC distributes the fund. AllianzIM specializes in risk-management-oriented investment products and uses proprietary in-house hedging capabilities across its buffered ETF platform. Effective December 22, 2025, AllianzIM renamed its U.S. Large Cap ETF range as AllianzIM U.S. Equity ETFs, resulting in the fund’s current name. In April 2026, AllianzIM expanded its broader buffered ETF lineup with eight additional strategies, including an international uncapped buffered fund and seven quarterly-reset buffered ETFs tied to U.S., growth, small-cap and international equity reference assets, further broadening the firm’s managed-risk ETF offering.
