Recent developments include a successful initial public offering on Borsa Istanbul in early 2024, lock-up agreements extending into February 2025, release of the 2025 product collection with new models such as Davina, Emma, Anetta, and others, strong third quarter 2025 earnings reflecting revenue of TRY 1.04 billion and net income of TRY 295 million trailing twelve months, and plans for capacity expansion targeting a 35% increase by investing 25-30 million euros through its affiliation with Acme Group.
