Art Nirman Limited operates within the real estate development and related sectors across India. The company undertakes the construction of a diverse range of properties, encompassing both residential and commercial structures such as individual residences, spacious bungalows, contemporary rowhouses, rural farmhouses, and luxury resorts, alongside educational facilities, industrial complexes, mining infrastructure, and entertainment parks. Additionally, its portfolio extends to developing office spaces, retail showrooms, and various shops. Art Nirman is also engaged in creating special economic zones, establishing industrial parks, and executing other significant infrastructure projects, while also pursuing land development initiatives and selling plots. The firm also provides property management services and operates as a general building contractor. Initially founded as Vishnudhara Builders Private Limited in February 2011, the company later adopted the name Art Nirman Limited in October 2011, establishing its headquarters in Ahmedabad, India.
