Business
Artemis Resources Limited is an Australian mineral exploration company primarily focused on the exploration and development of gold, copper, lithium, cobalt, and nickel deposits. The company operates a portfolio of projects including the Karratha Gold and Copper Project, the Mt Marie Lithium Prospect, the Paterson Central Gold/Copper Project in the Paterson Province adjacent to significant discoveries by major miners, and the Carlow Castle gold-copper-cobalt project in Western Australia's West Pilbara region. Artemis also owns and operates the Radio Hill processing plant near Karratha. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, the company targets mineral resources primarily within Western Australia with a strong focus on advancing projects through exploration and resource delineation stages. Recent major developments include the signing of a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with West Coast Silver Limited to explore the potential for ore processing and other synergies in Australia. Artemis completed multiple fundraisings in 2024 and 2025, including an oversubscribed placement raising a total of A$4.9 million to fund substantial drilling programs across its high priority gold and copper targets at Carlow, Titan, and Cassowary. The company is progressing mining study work and exploration drilling programs to enhance resource growth and economic evaluation at these projects. Additionally, Artemis consolidated lithium rights in a joint venture with Greentech Metals, augmenting its lithium exploration footprint. These initiatives reflect Artemis' strategic focus on gold, copper, and lithium commodities with an emphasis on expanding resource bases and operational capabilities in the resource-rich Pilbara and Paterson regions of Western Australia.
