Business
Arvind SmartSpaces Limited develops residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality real estate projects including villa townships, luxury apartments, plotted developments, gated communities, office spaces, retail centers and industrial parks; the company offers premium bungalows, golf villas, penthouses, duplex units, high-rise apartments and horizontal plotted communities with amenities such as clubhouses, swimming pools, gyms, spas, executive golf courses and landscaped gardens. Headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and founded in 2008 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Arvind Limited before demerging in 2015 and listing on BSE and NSE, Arvind SmartSpaces operates primarily in Gujarat, Karnataka and Maharashtra with expansion into strategic cities including projects in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Surat. The real estate arm of the Kasturbhai Lalbhai Group targets premium residential and commercial customers through an asset-light model emphasizing joint developments and timely delivery across 24 projects in Gujarat alone. Recent developments include a joint venture with Sach Developers for a 92-acre multi-use plotted and villa project near Khopoli in Mumbai MMR with Rs 1,500 crore topline potential under a 70.5% revenue share model in January 2025; addition of a Rs 400 crore premium high-rise residential project in Vastrapur, West Ahmedabad in November 2025 marking re-entry into vertical developments after over a decade; acquisition of a new horizontal project in Sanand and a mega industrial park in early 2025; launch of Arvind Aqua City and Arvind Uplands 3.0 in Ahmedabad; a Rs 600 crore high-rise project along ITPL Road in Bengaluru in October 2024; and cumulative new business topline potential of Rs 2,500 crore year-to-date as of early 2025 alongside leadership changes including appointment of Priyansh Kapoor as CEO in July 2025.
