Ashiana Housing Limited (ASHIANA.NS), founded in 1986 and headquartered at 304 Southern Park, Saket District Centre, New Delhi, India, develops middle- to upper-middle-income residential projects including kid-centric homes, premium apartments, senior living communities, and care homes; it also undertakes limited commercial developments such as office spaces, retail outlets, and integrated townships with amenities like villas, townhouses, business parks, and shopping malls, primarily along the Delhi-Mumbai industrial corridor in satellite cities around industrial hubs. The company targets families, active seniors requiring retirement homes with security and medical support, assisted living services, businesses seeking flexible office solutions, and investors in affordable to luxury housing; operations span key regions including Delhi-NCR (Bhiwadi), Chennai, Jaipur, Pune, and Lavasa, with nine ongoing senior living projects. In August 2025, Ashiana Housing announces a Rs425 crore investment for FY2025-26 to expand senior living initiatives, up from Rs213 crore in FY2024-25 when it achieved Rs382 crore in bookings and constructed 5.38 lakh square feet, targeting Rs450 crore in bookings this year through five new project phases adding 5.71 lakh square feet and entry into Mumbai, Bengaluru, and further Delhi-NCR markets, elevating the segment to over 30% of its residential portfolio.
