- Themes ETF Trust – Leverage Shares 2X Long ASTS Daily ETF is a U.S.-domiciled, actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to 200% of the daily percentage change in the common stock of AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASTS). Managed by Themes Management Company, LLC, the Fund provides leveraged long exposure to AST SpaceMobile, a satellite communications company developing a space-based cellular broadband network for direct connectivity to standard mobile devices. The Fund is designed principally for sophisticated investors and active traders seeking tactical, short-term bullish exposure to ASTS through a regulated ETF structure rather than margin borrowing. The Fund’s investment products and services consist of publicly traded ETF shares providing 2x daily leveraged exposure to ASTS; direct investments in ASTS common stock; total-return swap agreements with financial-institution counterparties; exchange-traded, FLEX, call and put option contracts, including synthetic-forward strategies; and collateral holdings comprising money market funds, deposit accounts, U.S. government securities, repurchase agreements and other short-term investment-grade debt instruments. It invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in ASTS and financial instruments that collectively provide 200% daily leveraged exposure, and resets and rebalances its portfolio daily. The Fund is concentrated in the telecommunications services industry and has U.S. geographic exposure through its AST SpaceMobile reference security. It charges a 0.99% annual management fee and is listed on the Cboe BZX Exchange under ticker ASTG. The Fund was launched on June 23, 2026, representing a recent expansion of Leverage Shares by Themes’ U.S. single-stock leveraged ETF platform; it was introduced as one of nine new 2x single-stock leveraged ETFs launched by the sponsor. ASTG’s investment objective applies only to a single trading day, and results over longer periods may differ materially from twice the cumulative performance of ASTS because of daily rebalancing, compounding, volatility, financing costs and derivative implementation.
