Founded in 1965 and headquartered in Minto, Sydney, Australia, Redox leverages its in-house ERP/CRM platform Redebiz to drive sales growth through an expanded team of 194 representatives. In FY25 (year ended 30 June 2025), the company completed three acquisitions—Oleum and Auschem (integrated in the first half, enhancing solvent distribution, specialty chemicals, and supplier relationships in Australia) and Molekulis (acquired in the second half for integration in 1H26, bolstering technical expertise in power, lubricants, rubber, bitumen, and a regeneration plant for used transformer oil in New Zealand)—while signing new channel partnership agreements with leading producers including Dow and Viva Energy to access new markets, products, and customers; these initiatives supported revenue growth of 9.4% to $1.244 billion, volume expansion above historical averages (particularly in crop production/protection and surface coatings), and a maintained gross profit margin of 21.6% within its historical 20-22% range, positioning Redox for ongoing organic growth, disciplined M&A (especially in North America), and sustainable profitability with a strong net cash position of $124 million.
