Aroundtown SA operates as a leading European real estate investment company focused on acquiring, managing, and repositioning income-generating commercial and residential properties with value-add potential in prime central locations. The company invests primarily in office, hotel, retail, logistics, and other commercial assets; residential properties through its majority-owned subsidiary Grand City Properties S.A., which targets value-add opportunities mainly in the German residential market; and selective mixed-use developments, with a portfolio concentrated in top-tier cities across Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Belgium, and other international markets. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg, Aroundtown maintains a fully integrated real estate value chain to optimize cash flows, occupancy, and rental growth through active asset management. In recent developments, Aroundtown successfully issues GBP 400 million in 7-year senior unsecured bonds and launches a tender offer targeting €870 million in shorter-term, higher-coupon bonds to extend its debt maturity profile as of December 2025; completes a €1 billion perpetual notes buyback in October 2025 following a €500 million benchmark perpetual notes issuance, reducing its perpetual notes balance by €500 million and enhancing FFO accretion; issues €850 million bonds in September 2025 alongside a buyback tender to optimize debt; reports solid 9M 2025 operational performance with net rental income growth; and announces strong FY 2024 results supported by operational expansion in March 2025.
