G City Europe Limited, formerly recognized as Atrium European Real Estate Limited, manages, owns, and redevelops commercial and residential properties across Central Europe. The company strategically focuses on community shopping centers, primarily in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, having recently concluded the divestment of its Russian real estate assets. Its retail portfolio emphasizes dominant centers offering a broad range of food, fashion, and entertainment options within prime urban locations, notably in cities such as Warsaw and Prague. Expanding its operational scope, the entity has also embarked on a significant diversification strategy into the residential for-rent sector, with substantial investments in apartment units in key Polish cities like Warsaw and Krakow, aiming for a portfolio of over 5,000 residential units by 2025. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of G City Ltd. (previously Gazit Globe Ltd.), G City Europe operates with a refined portfolio of 21 properties encompassing more than 680,000 square meters of gross leasable area, valued at approximately €2.3 billion as of March 2023. The company, which originated in 1997, is headquartered in St. Helier, Jersey, and was delisted from the Vienna and Euronext Amsterdam Stock Exchanges in February 2022.
