- Arin Tactical Tail Risk ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to maximize total return through capital appreciation and current income by providing tactical exposure to U.S. large-capitalization equities while seeking to mitigate losses during significant market declines, or tail-risk events. The Fund primarily invests in options on U.S. large-cap equities and equity-market indexes, including the S&P 500 Index, and may purchase shares of exchange-traded funds tracking such indexes and individual equities. Its principal portfolio strategies include selling index options and put spreads to generate premium income and establish variable equity exposure; purchasing long-dated, out-of-the-money protective put options to seek downside protection during material market dislocations; using long and short option combinations, including spreads, to manage exposure; investing in box spreads and collateral instruments; and making opportunistic equity purchases, subject to applicable exposure limits. The Fund’s normal net index exposure generally ranges from approximately 100% long to 40% short, excluding protective-put positions, based on option positioning and market conditions. It serves investors seeking a listed, actively managed U.S. equity and tail-risk-mitigation vehicle and trades on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker ATTR. Arin Tactical Tail Risk ETF was launched on October 28, 2025, and is associated with Arin Risk Advisors, LLC, headquartered in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.
