Founded in 2013 and headquartered at Survey No. 324, 357, 358, Borisana, Kadi-Thol Road, Kadi, Mahesana, Gujarat, with a corporate office in Ahmedabad, the company maintains a debt-free status and focuses on technology upgrades, operational efficiencies, and sustainability in the cotton and textile sector. In June 2024, Axita Cotton acquired a 55% stake in KPR Sports and Media Private Limited to diversify into new business areas, subsequently divesting the entire stake effective June 30, 2025, to refocus on core cotton and textile operations. The company achieved record revenue of Rs. 1,104 crore in FY2024 amid strong domestic demand, though FY2025 saw a decline to Rs. 653 crore due to geopolitical disruptions impacting exports.
