Corgi Bay Area Based ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks capital appreciation by investing primarily in U.S.-listed equity securities of companies headquartered in, or maintaining substantial operations in, the nine-county San Francisco Bay Area. The Fund invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in issuers with material exposure to the regional operating and business ecosystem, including companies in technology; software and cloud infrastructure; semiconductors and hardware design; internet platforms, marketplaces and data infrastructure; biotechnology and life sciences; financial technology and payments; clean technology; and related professional and enabling services. Its investable universe includes U.S. companies of any market capitalization, including large-, mid-, small- and micro-cap issuers, and may include limited exposure to illiquid investments, special purpose vehicles, other investment companies, cash equivalents and short-term U.S. Treasury instruments for liquidity management or portfolio transitions. Security selection combines bottom-up fundamental analysis with thematic and quantitative screening, emphasizing strategic supply-chain positioning, growth potential and valuation. The portfolio is non-diversified and is concentrated in Bay Area-focused companies and related industries. Major holdings as of September 8, 2026 include Apple Inc.; NVIDIA Corp.; Alphabet Inc.; Advanced Micro Devices Inc.; Broadcom Inc.; Meta Platforms Inc.; Visa Inc.; Palo Alto Networks Inc.; Intel Corp.; and Cisco Systems Inc. The Fund was launched and listed on Cboe BZX Exchange under ticker BAY on May 6, 2026, representing its principal recent strategic development; it had 61 holdings, a 0.20% expense ratio and approximately $1.62 million in assets under management as of September 8, 2026. Corgi Strategies, LLC serves as investment adviser; Paralel Distributors LLC serves as distributor; U.S. Bank N.A. serves as custodian; and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services serves as administrator and transfer agent.
