In recent developments, the company approved the acquisition of 51% equity in Iogems Technologies Pvt Ltd through investment, loans, or guarantees during its 72nd board meeting on November 27, 2025, capped at 60% of paid-up capital plus reserves; appointed Ritesh Kumar Kapoor as additional independent director and increased CEO Abhinav Bhardwaj's remuneration at its 39th AGM on September 1, 2025; and continues evaluating a rights issue proposal.
