Brand Concepts Limited (BCONCEPTS.NS), founded in 2007 and headquartered in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, manufactures, designs, licenses, and retails travel gear, bags, handbags, small leather goods, and fashion accessories primarily for the Indian market with international reach. The company offers an extensive portfolio of products including luggage trolleys, backpacks, business cases, overnighters, duffels and gym bags, messenger bags, rucksacks, gift sets, hygienic gears, and reporter bags under licensed brands such as Tommy Hilfiger Travel Gear, United Colors of Benetton, Aeropostale, and the recently added Superdry travel accessories via a licensing partnership with Reliance Brands Limited; women's items comprising clutches, wallets, totes, satchels, shoulder bags, hobos, and traditional handbags; men's small leather goods including belts and wallets as well as socks; and lifestyle accessories through its proprietary brands Sugarush and The Vertical. Brand Concepts Limited operates through an omni-channel model encompassing exclusive brand outlets (EBOs) like Bagline and Tommy Hilfiger Travel Gear, large format stores (LFS), multi-brand outlets (MBOs), distributors, third-party e-commerce platforms, its proprietary website Bagline.com, and the Canteen Store Department. Recent developments include a long-term distribution agreement with Dubai-based Sportlux General Trading to exclusively introduce luxury brand Off-White's apparel, bags, wallets, footwear, and accessories portfolio in India starting in 2026 via Bagline outlets, standalone stores, shop-in-shops, and luxury multi-brand retailers with an initial investment of approximately USD 5 million; plans to expand its Bagline chain by opening 100 new stores across India in 2025; and an increase in promoter holding by 4.02% over the latest quarter amid sustained median sales growth of 19.7% over the past decade.
