Bangalore Fort Farms Limited (BFFL.BO) manufactures and exports premium quality jute products, including jute yarn, jute ropes, hand-spun jute yarn, braid yarn, jute bags and accessories; procures, stores in cold storage facilities, and sells agro products such as fruits and vegetables in off-season markets across West Bengal, including Sealdah, Asansol, and Bardhaman; and engages in jute and agro trading, along with import and export of metal handicrafts, raw jute, and merchandise. The company operates a manufacturing and export-oriented unit in Falta Special Economic Zone and serves domestic and international markets from its headquarters in Kolkata, India, where it was founded in 1966. In recent developments, new management assumed control and launched agro-based initiatives in processing, exports, and storage following a 2017 preferential share issue; Genesis Trade Links Private Limited, Vikash Singh, and Nitu Singh acquired a 33.25% stake; the company proposed a name change to Grameva Limited, approved by shareholders at the 58th AGM in September 2025 after MCA approval; and it announced board changes, including a managing director re-designation and new appointment, alongside an authorized capital increase to Rs25 crore. Promoter holding stands at 33.2%.
