Listed Funds Trust - Roundhill BIG Tech ETF (BIGT) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks capital appreciation through concentrated exposure to the largest and most liquid companies in the technology sector, including technology hardware, e-commerce discretionary, internet media and services, and software industries; the fund originally targeted leading firms such as Facebook (Meta), Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, and Google (Alphabet), known as FAAMG stocks, utilizing primarily swaps and forwards for investment exposure with quarterly rebalancing and annual reconstitution. Listed as a series of Listed Funds Trust and managed by Roundhill Investments, an SEC-registered investment advisor founded in 2018 and headquartered at 154 West 14th Street, 2nd Floor, New York, New York, the ETF launched on April 11, 2023, and trades on the NASDAQ under the ticker BIGT with a net expense ratio of 0.29% and assets under management of approximately $7.13 million. In a significant strategic shift effective November 9, 2023, the fund underwent a name change from Roundhill BIG Tech ETF to Roundhill Magnificent Seven ETF and a ticker symbol change from BIGT to MAGS to better reflect its refined focus on the "Magnificent Seven" stocks—Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta, Microsoft, Nvidia, and Tesla—while maintaining its equal-weight strategy and active management approach. Subsequently, on February 3, 2025, the fund transferred its primary exchange listing from Nasdaq to Cboe BZX, enhancing trading accessibility without impacting shareholder holdings or requiring any action from investors; Roundhill Investments has continued expanding its Magnificent Seven-themed product suite, including the launch of the related Roundhill Magnificent Seven Covered Call ETF (MAGY) in April 2025 and the Roundhill Daily 2x Magnificent Seven ETF (MAGX). The ETF operates globally with a focus on U.S.-listed large-cap technology leaders, serving investors seeking targeted, tax-efficient exposure to high-growth tech innovators amid market volatility.
