In October 2024, the company announced plans to acquire a majority stake in The Hazelnut Factory for Rs 131 crore, marking its foray into the QSR, premium artisanal sweets, bakery, and café sectors with cross-selling opportunities across seven retail stores in Uttar Pradesh and Delhi.
