Business
Bluemonte Global Equity ETF (NYSE: BINT), a series of Exchange Traded Concepts Trust, seeks capital appreciation by actively investing at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities or investments providing exposure to global equities, including domestic and international markets; it primarily operates as a fund-of-funds, allocating to other exchange-traded funds, common stocks, American depositary receipts, and closed-end funds across sectors such as electronic technology, technology services, retail trade, and finance. The ETF follows a proprietary active management strategy without tracking a benchmark index, emphasizing the sub-adviser's views on relative market attractiveness, with heavy concentration in top holdings (over 93% in the top 10), significant U.S. exposure (approximately 49%), and minor allocations to regions like Ireland, Taiwan, Switzerland, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Japan. Launched on June 20, 2025, as part of the Bluemonte ETF suite developed in partnership with RFG Advisory, BINT resulted from one of the largest 351 exchange transactions in ETF history, converting over a thousand client separately managed accounts (SMAs) into nine coordinated active ETFs designed for institutional-quality strategies, tax efficiency, and reduced overlap in model portfolios. With an expense ratio of 0.23%, assets under management exceeding $200 million, and shares outstanding around 7.7 million as of late 2025, the fund trades on NYSE Arca and targets individual and institutional investors seeking global equity growth; it is headquartered at 10900 Hefner Pointe Drive, Suite 400, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73120, under the advisory of Exchange Traded Concepts LLC and sub-advisory of RFG Advisory LLC, with SEI Investments Distribution Co. as distributor.
